Our house had been on the market almost 9 months prior to us purchasing. I had seen photos of a few times over the months in searching for my clients, but had never toured. In May of 2020, the house popped back into a search for a client and I was unable to wrap my head around the floor plan based on the photos and decided I had to stop by to see in person. Upon walking in, I instantly noticed the large doors, wide hallways, and tall ceilings. The house was custom built in 1997 and the finish levels were top of the line at the time. The house was constructed extremely well and had amazing bones, but was definitely in need of a cosmetic makeover. I called Charles within 5 minutes of being in the house from the basement and told him we needed to submit an offer on the house ASAP and he would love it. I took him back to look at the house and he agreed immediately that it would be the perfect diamond in the rough for our family…
